Destroy the police car in the Car Park level to get a rocket launcher. Go to your left as soon as you enter the reception level and destroy the farthest box to get a pistol and 2 grenades. After entering the Bronx level, keep going straight and pass the train that throws bombs at your character. Then, turn left and break open the brown gate to get a pistol in each of the two left boxes in the gate. Destroy the first car on the bridge level to get a pistol. Destroy the second car at the end to get a shotgun. Destroy the parked black car inside the gate in the Car Park level to get a shotgun. Easy kills: Select Mace as your character. When there are three opponents next to you, start running. When the enemy is in front of you, press B to do a double kick. It should kill the enemy. Also, if there three enemies touching you, hold Z and press A to get out of it and damage them. However, this hurts you, and if you do not have enough health you cannot do it (try running out of it). Levitating character: Play the Truck Driver level in two player mode. Allow the trucker to grab one of the players. Have the other player knock the trucker down as he is just about to toss the first player. The player that was grabbed will remain in mid-air for the remainder of the game. More money: Repeatedly roll against a wall until money appears. When you find a wall, run and press A or B to receive money. Restore health: Keep hitting the soda machines. nd go to "Options". There will be an option called "Cheats" now. Get the Alien Beetle To get the "I come in peace" Alien Beetle, beat the Expert Championship. Once you have completed Metro Madness, you will receive the super-fast rainbow-colored beetle. Get the Police Beetle In a nod to the Need for Speed franchise, EA has included a hidden Police Beetle in Beetle Adventure Racing -- but you'll have to work hard to get it. After beating the standard Championships, a new "Bonus" mode will open up. Beat this tough challenge (including Wicked Woods) to get the fastest car in the game, the Police Beetle. Major Shortcut in Sunset Sands When racing through the inside of the temple that has exits on both the left and right sides, stay straight - grab a nitro box and jump the pit of lava. You'll land atop a structure with a large red octagon. BRAKE! and stop your beetle over it. Honk your horn and a secret elevator will bring you down to a cool shortcut that will get you ahead of the crowd in no time. Make Cars Pull Over Beetle Adventure Racing's computer drivers may take shortcuts and crash into you, but they're still law-abiding drivers. Once you have unlocked the Police Beetle, hold down the left C Button to sound your siren. If you get close, the other drivers will pull over to the side and stop their cars. Open Up Battle Stages Most of the game's Beetle Battle stages are hidden and have to be unlocked before you can square off against your friends. In order to get them, you need to enter the Championship mode and try to smash all the bonus boxes on the respective tracks. You have to collect all 100 points to unlock a new battle stage. All the battle stages are directly based on their track counterparts. Note that it is not necessary that you come in first in the races, but your points are not counted if you are disqualified. Tip: Use the Police Beetle to get the tracks. It's fast -- and you can force cars to pull over and take your time to collect the boxes. Unlock New Cars To unlock variations of the New Beetle, such as the Racing Beetle, 4x4 Beetle and "Number 8," simply beat the Championship Mode on Novice and Advanced. Beat the following two difficulty modes for the two bonus cars. View Mode To activate the "VIEW MODE" cheat on the cheat menu, go to Inferno Isle. in the area that looks like a village, on the right side of the road is a house with a flat-looking roof. jump your beetle at an angle and land on the roof. then go into reverse and break the Daisy Crate hidden there to activate the View Mode cheat under options. you will be able to select Normal, Fisheye and Tunnel

Keep White and Black Yoshi If you get any of the black or white Yoshis (you can only have one of each), and beat the game, when the book flips to the last page, it shows the black or white Yoshi in addition to the rest of the Yoshis. Also now, whenever you start a new story, you start off the with the black and white Yoshi. (Both of these only work if the Black and White Yoshis are alive when you beat the game. Unlimited Continues Trick Want to be on the same page if you lose all your Yoshis? When you lose your last life and Yoshi is being taken away, simply hit reset. You can now start the game again from the page you died on. Note that this will only work on the US version, as the Japanese game doesn't have a save game feature. Black Yoshi (2-2) Go to Bone Dragons Dungeon in Story mode (page 2, board 2.) Go almost all of the way through the level to the tulips. Go to the tulip to the left of Miss Warp #4. Stand in front of the tulip and eat it. Fire yourself upward and break out of the egg near the ceiling. Pop the "?" bubble and grab the Soccer-Ball like egg then falls out. Now complete the rest of the level as you usually would. When you go to the Character Select Screen, you'll be able to select Black Yoshi. Pop Bubbles Without Eggs Want to pop a bubble but don't have any eggs? Here's how to do it: Simply keep bumping/jumping on it (beware of pits) and eventually it will pop. Hidden Mario Paint Tune Go to the Trial Mode menu in Yoshi's Story and wait. Let the music play through a total of eight times -- when the loudest xylophone-ey sound disappears then reappears, it has played through once. After eight times, the music will stop and be replaced by a tune from Mario Paint, then resume. White Yoshi (3-2) Here's how to find the white Yoshi in Page 3-2 (Tall Tower): Proceed to the first leaf and the message block that introduces it. Drop down to find Miss Warp (2) and a message about a big egg. As you climb the platforms back up, drop to the left and pop the "?" bubble. Grab the white egg, and finish the stage. Black Yoshi (2-1) To find the black Yoshi in page 2, level 1, find the tulip that turns you into an egg and shoot yourself up. You will land on a platform with a bubble -- pop it and you get the black Yoshi egg. You will be able to select Black Yoshi once you finish the level. Note that you can only have ONE Black Yoshi at the time. Black Yoshi (2-3) Another black Yoshi: Go to Page 2-3. Go through the level until you find a Help Box that tells you about a "big egg." From there, go to the left and jump on the last floating rock, then jump on the one above that, and shoot the "?" bubble with an egg. You will receive the black egg. Beat the level and you have the black Yoshi. Note that you can only have one black Yoshi at the time. Lava Walk Glitch To do this trick you must be in Level 2-2 : Blargs Pit Play the level until you reach the first heart. Jumps on Blarg's head, get the heart and then try and aim back for Blarg. In doing so you will get hit and lose life, but the petals won't fall off. You will land underneath the lava and be able to walk around down there. Black Yoshi (2-4) Go to the #4 Torrential Maze on Page 2. When you start, keep heading upward through several rooms until you get to a room that has ghost vines coming from the ceiling that you can barely see from the ground. Jump from vine to vine, if you're fast enough, you'll come to an edge with a floating bubble. Pop the bubble and grab the large egg that looks like a soccer-ball. Finish the level as usual by collecting fruit. When you turn to the next page, a black yoshi will be with the other six. This Yoshi likes to eat everything, and he gets three hearts for eating any fruit or shy-guy. His eggs also make a larger explosion than the regular ones. Rotate Pop-Up Pages To get a better look at the stage select pop-up displays, you can turn them slightly with the C-Buttons and zoom in and out with R and Z. White Yoshi (3-3) On Page 3 Area 3 starting from Miss Warp 3 go right. When the road splits with a vase at each end, go in the upper vase. Then go right and enter the upper vase. You should see a dog and a red/orange pipe south of you. Go right and go into the first red/orange pipe to enter a hidden cave. Go right and throw an egg at the bubble. You will now receive a large white egg. Eat the remaining fruit on the level and on the next page and you will be able to choose the White Yoshi.

Win each race You must have the Kingroader ( the yellow Jeep ) and in the configurationscreen: put the aerodynamics to the far right. Your max. speed must be 205 km/ph. When you are going to race, your wheels stick to the ground like there is some sort of glue beneath it. You have ultimate grip on the snowtracks and in turns. Secret passage If you drive the Downtown track, and you arrive at the top of the hill, drive beneath the tree just before the waterfall. The you drive in a tunnel that is much easier to drive than the normal track and you win allot of time here!
