When the game begins, start a new city and type “fund”. Accept the %25 bond that is offered. Type “fund” again and accept the second %25 bond. Use the Budget window and take out a loan bond. (The interest on the bond should be 0.0%) Accept the loan bond and return to the Budget window. Pay off both 25% bonds. The remaining loan bond will yield at least one million dollars each year.

Shoot Down the Helicopter

If a helicopter flies over your city, get the centering tool and place it over the helicopter. Then click the mouse. If you don't want a fire to start, enable NO DISASTERS before shooting down the helicopter.





Superhero

Select a fire, then a flood from the Disasters window. A small, pink man with blond hair, a mask and a cape will extinguish the fire.





Unlimited water

Clear a 3 x 3 square location and place a single water pump in the center squares. Run power lines to the pump. (Note: Do not place any other items on these squares.)
