Fight as Adelheid:
In arcade mode, reach Kusanagi and defeat him with a normal move. Then, defeat Adelheid in the final Boss battle. Next, highlight Iori at the character selection screen and hold R1.

You then can have any desired star on your team. After your first season you will lose some players due to the fact you will be over budget, but you can do this trick again. Make sure that the ball is in the center (rookie mode), then switch back to your original team. Swing the bat and you will have a good chance of a homerun.
