Unlock VMS Monsters for Stadium Battle
You can unlock all monsters in the vms up to 44 of them by going to the VS Battle, selecting the third choice (bottom one). Once in this screen, hold x and y buttons , then press down on the d-pad and press the trigger buttons at the same time. This individually unlocks each monster up to 44. However, when you go to the Stadium Battle, the vms only tends to hold the first 8 to 10 monsters. This must be repeated every time the game is turned off.
Play as Godzilla 1st
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button. Alternatively, beat the game with the basic Godzilla.
Play as Godzilla USA
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button four times. Alternatively, beat the game with Godzilla 1st.
Play as Mech Godzilla
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button two times.
Play as Beta Godzilla
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button three times.
Play as Minilla
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button five times. Alternatively, beat the game with Godzilla USA.
Play as Dr. Serizawa
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button six times. Alternatively, beat the game with Minilla.
All VMU monsters
Enter the "VS Battle" menu and select the bottom option on that screen. Then at the next screen, hold X + Y and press Down + L + R to unlock up to forty-four monsters. Note: Only less than ten monsters will appear in the VMU.
Bonus Monsters
You can access these hidden monsters by completing certain monsters all the way to Tokyo's three stages.
Godzilla-1st. -- Beat the game as Godzilla
Godzilla-USA -- Beat the game as Godzilla-1st
Minilla -- Beat the game as Godzilla-USA
Dr. Serizawa -- Beat the game as Minilla
Super Attacks for Bonus Monsters
Godzilla-USA does a really fast run. Use left or right directional pad to turn. Easy to control.
Minilla shoots smoke rings. Hard to control.
Dr. Serizawa activates the Oxygen Destroyer which completely demolishes any structure, tank, jet or helicopter it strikes. Damages any Super X.

Allow the Chao to start walking and it will allow you to select the next area. This may be repeated as needed. Battle two of your own Chao: When battling two of your own chao, its not fatal. Choose battle and the game will load the two Chao onto the VMUs. Then, disconnect so you will only fight a clone of your Chaos. Change shape and color: If you give a Chao a lot of the same types of animal it will evolve. For example, animals with a yellow background will result in a water chao. Give the evolved Chao a different set of animals(for example, red, purple, or green) and it will eventually change shape and color again. Many Golden Chao Eggs: Note: This trick requires two VMUs. Get the golden Chao egg from Station Square. After that, start a new game and get another golden Chao egg. Then evolve them both in the Chao Garden. After that, feed one of the Chao and play with it until it starts growing flowers. When this happens, save both Chaos onto the two VMUs. After this, go to the cards on the VMUs and start Chao Adventures. Go to "Mating" and wait until all the hearts appear on the screen. Then, put the VMUs into the controller and put the two eggs into the Chao Garden. Repeat this until the gardens are full or until you made as many Chao as needed, but with the same Chao.

shrinking Gore Select Gore as a character and configure the controller layout to have your taunt on. You can make Gore's head grow by pressing the corresponding button. Roll the D-pad back and forth while pressing the Taunt and he will shrink down and remain that size until the move is repeated. Fight as Evil Gamof Highlight Gamof at the character selection screen. Then hold Start and press A.
