Level select
Start the game with the "hospital.exe -L[level number]" command line.
Level skip
Before a level starts, press C on the board game screen. Then, click on any part of the board to advance to that level.
Jump to a rat shoot level after the current level
Enter "7287" into the fax machine and activate the green button.
Cheats
The first thing you do is open a green ? fax and enter 24328 on the pad then press the big button in the top right. Return to the game and press any of the following:
Code - Effect:
Shift-C - $2000 (hold for more $)
SHIFT+1 - +1 patient
Ctrl-C - All research completed
CTRL+E - Causes an emergency.
SHIFT+I - Disease of patient changed.
CTRL+S - Get an doctor with a special knowledge.
F11 - Lose Level
Ctrl-M - Skip to the end of the month
Crtl-Y - Skip to the end of the year
F12 - Win Level
Get rid of garbage easily
Whenever you have trash or vomit around, simply pick up a bench, fire extinghuisher, radiator or a drinks machine, and place it on the garbage. It will dissappear instantly! You can now return the object to it original place.

Keep running to get past all the debris. You will be able to run around for a short time before the demo ends. Extend demonstration Enable the "All weapons" codes and kill the fire creature. This will stall the sequence and stop the demo from ending. Hidden ammunition When you first start the game, go in the elevator. When the doors open, enter the room to the left. You will find a crowbar. Hit the soft drink machine and get out of its way before it crushes you. After it falls, you will notice some gas spraying out. Jump over the machine and crouch down. Go over to the little hole in the wall at the back of the machine. Press E (Use)to shut off the little valve and the gas will stop spraying. Go in the hole, turn on your flashlight, and climb the ladder. Keep going and the floor will fall. You will now be in a secret room with shotgun and pistol ammunition.
