How to make your own radio station
Go to the folder mp3 ( C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vice Citymp3 ) and copy the songs you want to play in your radio station.Now start the game ,get into a car and turn the radio to the radio station MP3 PLAYER.

Easy sneaking
If you put the Angry Ped cheat on then go to the Military base the soldiers will be killing each other, and it makes it easier to sneak in. This helps a lot at the end of the game when you can get an Apache.
Fast cars and SUVs
When you finish all the SunShine Auto missions you get fast cars and a monster truck SUV.
Change size of moon
Shoot the moon with your sniper rifle to make it change size!
Easy PCJ 600
There is a place where there is always a PCJ 600. First go to the greesy choppers place. Directly across the street there is two windows that can be broken. Break the window to the right and there will be a PCJ 600.
Fast tank
To make the tank go faster, turn the turret backwards and fire in rapid succession. You can now move faster than any other vehicle. It works on water too.
Get Coast Guard Boat
Start from the cherry popper Ice Cream Shop and head south. You should pass a bridge on your left and then soon on your left you should see a narrow brown dock right next to the water. In the water below the front of the dock is a boat. Go to the edge and look down. You will see it. Do not jump from there though. You must jump from the south of the boat because you will fall in the water any other way. You may drown the first couple of times but once you finally get it you will have the coast guard boat!
Get Extra Money For Good Citizen
When you kick a bad guy you will get the sign that says good citizen. After you get your money, wait until the numbers stop moving. Then kick him again. Do this repeatedly until the body disappears.
Get a hummer
Go to Phil's Place to the North of Little Haiti and go into his big garage and you will find a Hummer siting right there in front of you!
Get An Apache
To get the apache first beat the game and go to the Fort baxter airbase behind the airport. Go to the back of the base and it should be sitting there. But be careful unless you're wearing a cop suit or you will be killed by the army guys.
Hidden Golfcart
Follow the path that goes out the lighthouse. When you cross the bridge and the path run next to the water. It will be in the frist bush straight ahead on the right.
Malibu Club performers
Go to the Malibu Club and check out the performers. They resemble the Village People.
See vampire
Go to the Malibu club and go upstairs to the little room. Now go to where the small boat is and look in the mirror.
Unlimited ammo
Any time during the game enter any of the three weapons cheats repeatedly until a weapon gets to 10,000 ammo. You will then notice there's no number of ammo left - you now have unlimited ammo on that weapon. You lose it if you die or get busted, so be careful!
Flying tank!
Press PANZER. A RHINO tank will be spawned. Enter it.(If the police starts chasing you press the "LEAVEMEALONE" cheat). Then press the SEAWAYS cheat. Drop the tank into the sea. You MUST stay in it. Press the COMEFLYWITHME cheat. Start asselerating by pressing the (up) button. Then press the num4 or the num5 button so the turret will turn backwards and start shooting. Continue shooting-no matter what your height-position is. If you follow all the steps correctly, the tank will start flying!

An II can claim land, dig (I'm not sure if they dig Gold) and reinforce walls, like normal Imps, but they're never fleeing and never die, and also can claim land underneath traps, like Sentry Traps or Lightning Traps, so that the trap will be destroyed. If you're lucky, it also claims paths with doors, if the door is open by a creature standing nearby, for example. II's can only be seen by footsteps when coming out of the water. How to get II's: have a bunch of Imps who are trying to claim land but are fleeing because there are, for example, Sentry Traps firing on them. Pick up all Imps when the traps fire another fireball. Some will get hit if you pick up them just before the fireball reaches them. That is the trick! If you timed good there will be 1 or more II claiming the land without being fired on! If you picked all Imps up, you have a chance of only 1 II, but if you pick up only the working and fleeing ones there will be more coming to claim. Pick them up when they are attacked and you can get more II's. If you have an II, NEVER let ANY of the Imps go from your hand, otherwise the II(s) will disappear. You can pick up and drop any other creatures exept the Imps, and saving is also possible. I'm not sure if the II is still there after loading. If all the land is claimed by the II, it will go find other work, so look where land can be claimed or digging can be done. You have he best chabce of an II in King Reginald's realm. But, when you're dropping the Imps, you have a chance that many of them die if you don't look for a minute. I don't know if this works with Dwarves. Easter Eggs: Start the game up between midnight and 1AM and the Evil Voice gives you a special greeting. Play until early in the morning and he''ll come out with some more special messages, at around 2AM and 4AM. There are a few other such goodies: try playing the game on specific holidays. 100,000 Gold: Enable cheat mode and type 'show me the money' to have 100,000 gold pieces added to your treasury. 100,000 Mana: Once cheat mode is enabled, type “ha ha thisaway ha ha thataway” to give yourself 100,000 mana. As a result, the Yari Ashigaru will often run from battle when confronted by a superior enemy force. The Yari Ashigaru should therefore be positioned along the flanks, hopefully out of harm's way, or stationed towards the rear to protect some of the ranged combat units. Seek an alliance with the Portuguese traders as soon as they make landfall. Their arrival will let you acquire guns for your forces and eventually enable you to build powerful gun factories. It's a good idea to spy on your prospective enemies before attacking them. Send a spy or emissary into an enemy-occupied territory to determine the enemy's overall strength.
