Change jerseys in franchise mode:
Before playing in a franchise mode game , go to quick play, and on the team's options highlight "Change Uniform". Go back, exit quick play, load the franchise , and when you get to the play game screen on options, your pointer will be on the blacked out uniform part. Press A and you can change uniforms. Once you change lineups or pitchers, this option is no longer available; it only works for that one game .
Demote player without other teams claiming him off waivers:
Go to the player editor and make all his stats to D- so that no teams would want to claim him off waivers. When you want to promote a player back to the Major Leagues, change his ratings back to his default settings.
Easy points:
Start a two player game , with only one actual player. Throw a perfect game , striking out every batter. Save the game in the bottom of the ninth inning with two strikes and two outs. Finish the game , collect your points, and save the options. Reload the game and repeat to collect the points again.
Change to the team that you are facing and make them play poorly, allowing your original team to score a lot of runs. In the last inning, switch back to your team and claim your team's cheaply made points.
Free balls:
If you are down in the count or need a quick ball, pretend to lay down a bunt. Pull back while the pitcher is in his motion. This should result in a ball being thrown. Note: This only works up to two times in an at bat.
Hint: Throw hard 4 seam fastball correctly:
If you have a pitcher or created player that throws a hard 4 seam fastball, always place the pitching cursor below where you want the pitch to go. The pitch will automatically rise after the pitcher releases it. However, with other pitches (curveball, slider, changeup, etc.) the ball will end up where you put the pitching cursor.

Easy win
Start a game with and set the skill level on anything except "Manage Only". Pause game play go to "Controller Select". Switch the controller to the team that you want to lose. Then, go into "Team Management" at the pause screen. Change the pitcher and the fielders to the wrong positions. You can also put pitchers in as pinch hitters. Then, return to "Controller Select" and change back to your original team. The CPU may switch the players around, but you can put the wrong ones in again. You will not get any card points if you play the entire game with the losing team. Note: there is a slight chance of your game freezing if player positions are swapped too often.

Automatic Health Regeneration Connect your GBA to your GameCube. You must have the GBA PoP game in your GBA for this to work. Unlock Original Game Without Using the GBA To unlock the original Prince of Persia game without using the Gameboy Advance, you'll need to start from the Above the Baths save (once you have your new sword). Go down the stairwell that leads to a large cavernous area. After you make it through this area, you'll end up in a small room with Farah. There are a lever and a gear in the center of the room. Turn it clockwise until it clicks twice. Both doors in the room are now closed, but you'll also open a secret door that you cannot see. Go to the wall directly opposite the entrance. Swing until you find a spot on the wall where your sword doesn't spark. Strike this area a few times to reveal a hidden room. Enter to unlock the game, which is now available on the main menu. Underground Reservoir: Swinging on ropes: When you are swinging on the ropes (by holding R) and you are at the end of a swing and close to the object that you want to swing to, press A, then release R. When you hit the rope, press A. Note: You should make it most of the time. Easy fights: Use the dagger to stab the enemy so that he becomes frozen. In a multi-player party, the hero with the most bonus points gets first choice. However, the artifacts tend to be superior. Picking up items Use the following trick to make the game go by smoother. Whenever you go into a level, pick up everything. That way when you complete the level, you can go directly to the nearest town and make a lot of gil. This will be very helpful later in the game when many of the materials cost a lot of money. Additional shops Additional shops will appear in Tipa after characters of various classes are present on your memory card. The more characters and varying classes, the more shops and types of them will appear. Jegon River Boat If the Jegon River runs dry, go to Veo Lu Sluice and cast Life on the dead yellow flowers in the area. This will allow you to use the Jegon River Boat and cross to Fields of Fum. Mines Of Cathuriges: Pi On the second "section" on the Mines Of Cathuriges, on the rafters, there will be three boards arranged in a fashion that resembles the mathematical symbol for pi. Weapons for the Clavats To get an Excaliber weapon, go to River Belle Path. Do a lot of magic spells to enemies to gain more points and use charge focus attacks. Pick up items, artifacts, and money to gain as many points as you can. After getting your points, defeat the Boss. After defeating the Boss, you will need at least 116 points to get the scroll called Legendary Weapon. The attack power is 33 and you will need Alloy, Orichalcum, and Ancient Potion. Hard to find materials for weapons After about Year 5 or 6, if you stay around Alfitaria and Shella you will often run into the Shella caravan (made up of all Yukes). They will ask to see one of the materials you have in your inventory. Sometimes it is something you rarely need late in the game, such as iron. Answer yes and they will make an offer to trade for it. Frequently it will be an item, such as a Hard Shell or Holy Water, that you can use to forge more weapons or armor.
