Easy punt and kick returns:
Catch the ball, then run straight at one of the sidelines towards the players coming at you. Then, reverse direction and go towards the other side. Next, go back the way in the direction that you just came from. This should help you lose some of the other team's players. Then, fly towards the endzone and score.

Bashing the Bohrok To do damage to a Bohrok or a Bohrok-Kal, you must get it to unroll. When you're battling a Bohrok or Bohrok-Kal as Toa Tahu (the red one)or Gali Nuva (the blue one), they will randomly unroll to attack you. If you're playing as Toa Kopaka (the silver one), then you must get close enough that the Bohrok is targeted. Then, use your shield This will unroll the Bohrok (attack it quickly and as many times as possible during the 3 seconds that you have before it rolls up again). If you bend it, you will miss the goal. The meter must stop near the green spot. Just aim the ball by the side of keeper slightly to the right of your screen. There is no need to bend the ball and take the free kick. Try this in practice mode. To score a free kick, put the target in the top corner of the side of the goal that the wall is standing in front of. Make sure that you do not press Spin and that the spin target is in the dead center of the ball. Put a fair amount of power in, but do not go near there. Also, make sure the accuracy is in the middle of the green. The ball will shoot over the wall and into the top corner.
