Cheat Codes

Press [Tab] or ~ during game play in a botmatch to display the console window. Type enablecheats to enable cheat mode. You can now enter one of the following codes at the console window to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: You must do this every time you start a new level:



Code - Result:

behindview 0 - 1st person view

behindview 1 - 3rd person view

allammo - 999 Ammo For Every Weapon

addbots # - add the numbers of bots specified

loaded - All weapons

allweapons - all weapons(not full ammunition)

stat audio - audio stats

FOV # - changes "Field of View" to specified number (in degrees)

setname (name) - changes player name

setres WxHxD (example - 800x600x32) - Changes resolution to the specified values

switchteam - changes team

suicide - commits suicide

stat - all displays all stats

quit - exits game entirely

exit - Exits the game entirely

playersonly - freeze time (type again to unfreeze)

stat game - game statistics

god - Infinite Health

killbots - kills all bots

stat net - network play statistics

open (mapname) - opens specified map

setgravity # - set amount of gravity

setjumpz # - set height of jumps

setspeed # - set speed of gameplay

stat fps - shows "Frames per Second"

slowmo # - slow motion

teleport - You will be teleported to the location on your crosshairs.



Cheat mode (alternate):

Press T during game play to display the console window, then enter one of the following codes at the console window to activate the corresponding cheat function.

All weapons and maximum ammo - loaded

Unlimited health - god

Flight mode - fly

Disable flight mode - walk

Third person view - behindview 1

First person view - behindview 0

Walk through walls - ghost

Add indicated number of bots - addbots

Statistics for Audio - stat audio

Change teams - switchteam

Suicide - suicide

Exit game - quit or exit

Stop time for bots - playersonly

Kill bots - killbots

Teleport to Crosshairs - teleport



Hidden Voice Commands

(Bot name) Suicide - Bot will commit suicide

(Bot name) Dance - Bot will dance

(Bot name) Jump - Bot will jump up and down

(Bot name) Get out - Bot will leave the vehicle they it is in

(Bot name) Taunt - Bot will taunt opponents



Bonus characters:

Note: This procedure involves editing game files; create a backup copy of them before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "xplayersl1.upl" and "xplayersl2.upl" files in the "system" folder in the game directory. These are all of the characters that are available in the game. Find any character that has a Menu= section that is not Menu="" and change it to Menu="" or Menu="SP" (if you wanted to be able to play as them in single player). For example, Xan's Character reads Menu="XAN". If you changed this to Menu="SP" or Menu="" he will be unlocked. The three characters that are locked are Malcolm, ClanLord, and Xan.

To unlock the bonus characters normally, complete the game on three different difficulty settings. They will be unlocked in this order: Malcolm, ClanLord, and Xan.



Smiley faced rocket:

Sometimes when someone hits you with a rocket, just before you get hit you may be able see a smiley face on the rocket (for example, in the Robot Factory Assault level).



Kill levels:

Note: To raise your kill level, you must kill the number of people required in a certain amount of time. For example, if you fail to go from four people killed to five fast enough, you will not get the next kill level. The higher the kill level, the less time you have to kill that amount of people. In other words, you will have less time to go from Ultra Kill to Monster Kill than you have to go from Double Kill to Multi Kill. The amount of time you have is determined by the difficulty level you are playing on and the kill level itself.



Level 1: Regular Kill: 1 Kill

Level 2: Double Kill: 2 Kills

Level 3: Multi Kill: 3 Kills

Level 4: Mega Kill: 4 Kills

Level 5: Ultra Kill: 5 Kills

Level 6: Monster Kill: 6 Kills

Level 7: Ludicrous Kill: 7 Kills

Level 8: Holy Shit Kill: 8 Kills



Summon commands:

When using any of the summon codes, the object will appear on you. If you do not have God mode enabled, you will be killed instantly.



Speed adrenaline combo:

When your adrenaline reaches 100 and it starts to flash, quickly tap forward (W) four times for a speed power-up.



Self-heal adrenaline combo:

When your adrenaline reaches 100 and it starts to flash, quickly tap back (S) four times to get a self-heal power-up.



Invisibility adrenaline combo

When your adrenaline reaches 100 and it starts to flash, quickly tap left strafe (D) two times then right strafe (A) two times to get invisibility.



Berserk adrenaline combo:

When your adrenaline reaches 100 and it starts to flash, quickly tap forward (W) two times and back (S) two times.



Pint sized adrenaline combo:

When the extra combo mutator is turned on, quickly tap Left Strafe four times.



Camouflage adrenaline combo:

When the extra combo mutator is turned on, quickly tap Right Strafe four times.



Hidden announcements:

In the "Display Settings" menu, activate all of the checkboxes and set the detail settings to the highest possible value. Then, set your resolution to at least 1152x864. You will hear the announcer say "Holy shit".
