Flame Mammoth stage: Mega Man X's arm upgrade
There is a point in the level where you approach a pit from the left. On the right is a health restore. Go down the pit and walk a little farther to see some blocks. Using the leg and helmet upgrades, break them to find the capsule.
Xtreme mode
Note: This game is also titled Rockman X2: Soul Eraser.
Successfully complete the game with either Zero or X. Iris will talk to you and the game will end. When you load that saved game , you will be in Xtreme Mode. Xtreme Mode will also be one of the options in the mission selection screen. In Xtreme Mode, you start with both X and Zero and can go to any of the levels. You can get different weapons if you defeat one of X's Bosses with Zero and vice versa.
Flame Mammoth stage: Easy Souls for Parts
As X, go onto the conveyor belt and kill the laser robot or the trashed robot for easy Souls. It is possible to do it with Zero, but you must start a regular game , get the X/Zero switch, and use that there or play in extreme mode and kill the robots. It is best to use X's charged up Buster Shot. Use it when you are about to fall off the conveyor belt to hit two robots.
Neon Tiger stage: Mega Man X's helmet
The helmet is located behind a log. Use flame to get it.
Neon Tiger stage: Capsule
You will see a Capsule located inside some wood. Use the fire to break through.
First Guardian stage: Zero's leg part
There is a point in the level where you to use a moving platform to get up. After one passes, jump down the pit and go down to the right side to find a hallway. The capsule is at the end.
Second Guardian stage: Zero's part
There is a point towards the end of the level where you destroy three enemies and the platform collapses. Do not destroy them. Instead, go past them to find some boxes. Use the drill to destroy them. The capsule is behind them.
Third Guardian stage: Zero's part
There is an area in the level where you are on a big ramp. Airdash on the end of it and go left. You will see a ladder. Climb it to find the capsule.
Fourth Guardian stage: Zero's part
After you get the Ride-In armor, drop down and go to the left. Hop out after you have gone the farthest you can. Use the lightning attack to break down the blocks to find the capsue.
Ninth Capsule
There is a secret Dr. Light capsule in the game which gives you the Hadoken and Shoryuken. It is on the third Sigma stage as X, just before you would go and battle with Velcana. There is a long vertical corridor with the rocket platforms you have to climb up (because both sides of the room are electrified). At the very top, Air Dash right through the electric wall into a room with Dr. Light. He will give you the Hadoken and Shoryuken. To use them, charge up the X-Buster to maximum. Then, press Up + A to do the Shoryuken and Down + A to do the Hadoken.
Boss attack mode armor
Press Select when starting Boss attack mode to give X his armor.
Extra lives
Use the following trick to easily get the maximum number of lives, nine, with Zero or when playing in Xtreme mode. Go to Zero's first level. Near the beginning there is a part where you have to ride on a platform. Instead of getting on the one that goes to the right, get on the one that goes up. There will be an area there that has an extra life. Collect the extra life then exit the level. Note: You must have already completed the level on order to exit. Then, return and repeat until you have nine lives.
Get Laser Enhancer for X without getting his head part
If you want to get everything but the head part for X (you do not need to get the head part), you need to have the machine which enables you to switch between X and Zero. With X, jump, then jump again on the side of the blocks that break. While you are on the side still jumping, switch to Zero. Zero must have his head part in order for this to work. Start jumping and crushing the blocks with Zero, then change to X and get the Arm Enhancer.. This useful because when you get fourth armor, you can only hold two parts. However, if you have every piece of armor except the head, you can still hold four parts. The head is only useful for getting the arm enhancer. It is much easier to defeat Bosses holding four parts.
Fire Mammoth stage: Capsule and Energy Tank
The Capsule is located just before the lava starts to erupt. There are some blocks that can be broken with the helmet and foot part. Move all the way up to the left to see some of the same blocks. Break those for the Energy Tank.
Launch Octopus stage: Mega Man X's body armor
There is a boat in the level that drops bombs. Get on top of it and destroy the object that resembles an eye. Then, blow it up, sink down, and fall in the hole it made. Fight the mini-Boss and shoot at its head. After you kill it, you will get a lot of DNA Souls. Go to the right to find the body armor.

Secret transporter Enter the Slipslide ride. When in the level, walk along until you find a kind of pointy object or a rope. Wait for the creature to appear and jump on it to get the height needed to grab the rope. When on the rope jump off to find a barrel. Throw it against the wall and go inside. Spell "Kong" and get an extra life. When finished are outside the cave, jump to find a secret transporter which transports you half way through the level. Hidden sticker packs Hidden sticker packs are found under, near, or around green banana bunches. To obtain these hidden treasures, find a green banana bunch, and use Donkey Kong to slam the ground (hold Down and press B). You should see a tiny rectangle bouncing on the ground. Collect it and then turn off the game. Turn the game back on, select the "Print" option at the main menu, then go to "Sticker Book". You should find a small picture on one of the pages. Press A on one to print it. Note: This requires a Game Boy Printer connected to the Game Boy Color via a link cable. Misty Mine: Extra lives Get to the section on Misty Mine where all the snakes appear from barrels in the floor. Jump on eight of them to get an extra life. Jungle Hijinxs: Extra lives Go to the first stage in Kongo Jungle and enter Jungle Hijinks. Once you see Donkey Kong pop out, go back into his house. Jump on the rocks that are sticking out to get to the top. Enter the house to find a extra life balloon. Press Start to pause game play, then press Select to return to Kongo Jungle. Enter Jungle Hijinx again and repeat. Go to Jungle Hijinxs, climb the steps where the Donkey Kong's tree house is located, get on the trees, pass the arrow of bananas, pass the bunch of bananas, and get the red balloon. Keep going and do the very long jump to get another red balloon. Go a little farther and there will be a green balloon. Go all the way back to the start and find the hole. Go inside it to get Kong's Banana Board. Go back outside and you can get all the balloons again. Jungle Hijinxs: More golden ostriches Get the golden ostrich, then become the rhino. Open the bonus game, then press Select to leave rhino mode. Go back and pickup another ostrich. Kremkroo Industries: Secret room In Oil Drum Alley, after the three moles jump on to the metal plate to get a TNT barrel. Pick the barrel up, turn around, and walk into the wall to enter a secret room. Jump to get the single banana. Once you have collected three, a barrel will drop and take you into the next room where you need to spell "DONKEY" (red balloon) "KONG" (green balloon) COUNTRY (blue balloon). Once back in the game pause, then press Select to get back to the track. Kremkroo Industries: Extra lives Jump on the first rope you see, wait until that rope stops, and jump off it. You will land on a TNT barrel. Pick it up and carry it over to the first oil can that you see. Throw the TNT barrel on the oil can and jump in the hole that was created. Shoot up from the barrel (a bonus level) to get an extra life. Press Start, Select to repeat as needed. Stop And Go Station: Shortcut Go to the left at the beginning of the level to fall half-way ahead in the level. Gorilla Glacier: Extra lives Go to Candy's Challenge in Gorilla Glacier. Spell "Candy" and you will get one life, then spell "Funky" to get two lives -- but do not correctly spell "Cranky". You can do this a many times as needed, but if you correctly spell "Cranky" you will not be able to go back.

p going past it, and you will find a staircase. You will find two things: A path going down to the Cald, and up there is an indent in the wall. Use a Blast-Urn. Keep going up until you find the forest. Mush & Cave Hyrens: Go into the place with those pipe things North-East of the Cald. You will see beside most of the paths that there is blue ground beside it. Every so often you will see stairs that enter the blue ground. Stand on the blue and wait for some orange-swirls to appear. Enter the orange swirl. Flame & Magma Hyrens: West of the Cald (to the left) there are two green volcanoes. You can walk through the highest one. You will see the hyrens in the battles. Deep & Coral Hyrens: Go to the seer's house (to the left of Vash Naroom) and swim above his house, I recommend enter the water to the left of his house. Keep going up, and you will see a black hole. Swim into it, and in the hole are the hyrens. Thunder & Bolt Hyrens: I'm not sure. Working on it though! I will submit where they are when I find out. Core Hyrens: 5th Shadow Geyser, Core Entrance, Shadow Ringsmith's house. You need 6 Core Hyren animite, 1 ThundrHyrn animite, and 800 animite. Shadow Ringsmith: Go back to Gruks house. There will be a black entrance. Enter it, and there is a circle with some of the blue lights lit up (it won't have all of them lit up!). Enter it, and there will be an entrance leading above it. Keep going up, and you will be in this retarded room with a door at the top. Use a key from the 5th geyser (star key) to open the door. There will be a black guy with a guy in a blue coat. He sells you creatures from the Shadow Geysers. Spells: Leaf Cut - Vash Naroom historian Grow - Seer's house (in the treasure chest) Cave In - Second Shadow Geyser Entangle - First Shadow Geyser (I think so...) Dispel X - Ruins in the underwater place Flame Geyser - Third Shadow Geyser Lightning - Fifth Shadow Geyser -those are the only spells i know how to get Lots of money/animite: Buy gems from stores for 5 animite. Sell them back for 18 animite. Ormagon & Orathan F: Don't know (wish i did they are the strongest creatures in the game!). submitted by: David M. Go in the small building and talk to the girl. She will make a ring of a Furok. She will sell you sell 50 Animnite for the leftover crystal. Hyrens There are two areas where you can get one out of four or all of them. For the Leaf and Timber Hyrens, go through the first Shadow Gyser. When you get to the underneath, play a few rounds of that Brub game. Then, beat the second Gyser and you will be captured. Go to the Cald city and save them. Next, you will have to get the Orothe Boots. Go and talk to the bridge builder. Find a Lava Arboll. take it to the bridge builder. When you get the boots, go to the man in front of the cabin. He will tell you how to get back to the Cald. When you get back, you will not be in the Cald but by the old lady's house. Talk to her for awhile. When you are done, go to Naroom and a ticket store will be opened by the ring shop. By a blast item (?) and take it to the underneath tunnel. Go through the rock in front of you. Turn left at the first chance you get to find more rocks. Break those, go down the stairs, and use your blast item to blow up the wall where the cracks are found. Follow the path all the way to a forest. Go into the forest and you will find the first two Hyrens, Timber and Leaf. They are difficult to defeat. For the Cave and Mushroom, go from the forest that has Leaf and timber Hyrens and move straight down through an opening. Jump the lava and go out of the cave. Go to the left where the brigd builder is located, but do not go to him. Go to where you found the Lava Arboll and walk around. You should find a bridge that has stairs around it. Go down one and wait for a spinning white object. When you see one, run into it and you will be in the underneath. You will find the other two Hyrens, Cave and Mushroom. there. For Fire and Magma Hyrens, go to the large green mountains to the left of the Cald. Walk right through the top mountain. Be careful, as they are tough. Orothian Flyer Go to Ardarial near the palace. Walk in between and around the two mountains at various times to get an Orothian Flyer. Secret room Get the Power Bracelet that allows you to kick blocks. At the main screen where you can choose to play a new game or continue, kick one of the blocks to reveal a passage to a secret room. Save two keys from the fifth geyser, and use one from the stone circle under Gruk's house. When you complete the game, go to the secret room, and you can open the door. A man will open the middle door on the new game/continue screen, which lets you start a new game with all your previous stats and items.
